Shipping:
Shipping is free to any U.S. destination for any purchase from this website. If you would like to add insurance please see the chart below for additional costs. All orders are shipped within three business days from the order date, with exception to custom orders. International orders are subject to a $4.00 charge per item, to cover extra shipping costs.

Payment:
Payments can be made securely through our website, which will send you directly to paypal checkout. If you do not wish to pay through paypal, you may email us your order, along with your name, address, and telephone number. Upon receipt we will reserve your item and call you for your credit card information. In your email, please let us know what the best times to contact you are.

Returns:
All returns must be completed within 10 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition it was received. The total refund will be the cost of the actual item, excluding return shipping costs. Please email us before returning with your name, description of item, and reason for return in order to help quicken the return processing. Returns should be sent to;

Repairs:
Necklaces and Bracelets should be re-strung every 1-2 years, depending on use. Any necklace or bracelet purchased from Green Knoll can be restrung for $4.00, which covers the shipping costs and some of the supplies. Restringing protects your favorite pieces from breakage, so you can enjoy them for years to come. Earring hooks, and attachments can be repaired for $4.00 as well. Please contact us with any additional repairs you may need. We can accomodate for most items, depending on supplies needed.
